Our Junior class is built for ages 9–12. Juniors 13–15 train in this class as well — it's the right mix of technique, physicality, and discipline for the age.
Not at all. We start every new student with the same foundation, regardless of age. Your junior will learn the basics alongside other beginners.
Yes. We teach age-appropriate technique with progressive resistance and strict supervision. Safety is the foundation of every class.
BJJ gives juniors a quiet confidence that changes how they move through the world. Most bullying stops when a kid carries themselves differently — which is what BJJ trains.
Two to three times per week is ideal. Consistency is what builds skill and confidence.
